Simply Query
Perform Advanced queries within one or many projects to view probe set intensity values. Expression values are taken
from the R_CHP files.
| Advanced Query | Open the advanced query interface to query with a variety of options
| 1) | Choose a project or multiple projects

| 2) | Select the arrays of interest, default is to have all arrays selected

| 3) | Enter the search terms

| 4) | Hit the "Advanced_Query" button

| Wild Card Searching | | Tips for searching with wild cards. Look to the right for the
three supported types of wild card searches, no other types of
wild card searching is supported. |
