The following changes to the Proteomics database should be made when
upgrading SBEAMS

from version 0.21

to 0.22 or later or to the latest code in the SVN repository

Update table protein_summary
  Add at end the column:  summary_xml varchar(255) NULL
  Change column execution_date to NULLABLE
  Change column program_version to NULLABLE

Update table protein_summary_header
  Change column enzyme to NULLABLE
  Change column occam_flag to NULLABLE
  Change column groups_flag to NULLABLE
  Change column degen_flag to NULLABLE
  Change column nsp_flag to NULLABLE

The APD table 'peptide' has been renamed 'aggregated_peptide'.  It is
recommended that all the APD table be dropped and recreated.  If this is
not feasible, contact the developers.
