- verify that PK was passed
- read PK record
- examine default destination:
  $SBDB_ARRAY_DATA/scandata/PK/
  directory exist?
- is source same as dest?  If so stop,
- source exist?
- Does it have Images/ subdir, are there TIF files?
- Does ls -R have less than 10 files?
- Do file by file existence check / comparison / copy
- Extract Voltage information from file
- Update DB record: voltages, URI, data_scanned, scan_status = "stored"
- Write a text output file in the directory of the record data

- Look for array_channel entries
- If exist, UPDATE, else INSERT
- filenames
- dates
- sizes
- MD5sums
- array_request_sample_id
