Design for process which verifies and loads raw microarray quantitation data

$SBDB_ARRAY_DATA = "/net/db/sbeams/microarray"


- verify that PK (array_quantitation_id) was passed
- read PK record to determine staged_file

- examine default destination:
  $SBDB_ARRAY_DATA/array_quantitation/PK/
  Does directory exist?  If not, create.

- Does the destination_file already exist?
- Does staged_file exist?

- If staged_file and destination_file do not exist, complain and die
- If staged_file does not but destination_file does exist, move on to processing
- If staged_file exists and destination_file exists are identical, move on
- If staged_file exists and destination_file does not or is different, then
  archive staged_file (and possible auxiliaries) to destination_file.
  - copy file
  - If also a Data.exp file, then copy that too.
  - Update DB record with URI location and date information, size, MD5sum


- Ready to move on with processing now that file is archived
- Write a text output file in the directory of the record data for safety

- Test to see if file is a QuantArray file
  If so, call loadQuantArray.pl with PK
- Test to see if file is a Dapple file
  If so, call loadDapple.pl with PK
